What this website collects

When you join the waitlist, we store your email address, signup time, signup source, and the consent text associated with your signup. When you unsubscribe, we store your email address and opt-out record. If you contact us, your email service and ours process your message and the information you choose to send.

Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the website.

How information is used and shared

We use waitlist information to manage signup, deliver BATHWTR launch updates and promotional emails, record preferences, and respond to requests. An unsubscribe record is used to prevent further marketing sends.

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Signup data is stored in the site’s Cloudflare D1 database. Resend is the configured email delivery provider. These service providers process information needed to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect legal rights and website security.

Cookies and tracking

The current site application does not include advertising pixels or cross-site analytics scripts. Hosting and security services may use cookies or other technical mechanisms to operate the site. This application does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Provider-level processing is also subject to those providers’ practices.

If advertising or analytics features are added, this notice and any applicable privacy controls will need to be updated.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, without a login or fee. You can also email hi@bathwtr.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify control of the email address before disclosing or changing personal information.

We retain waitlist information while it is needed for the waitlist and related communications. After an opt-out or deletion request, a limited suppression record may be retained to honor your preference, along with records needed for legal obligations. Requests for access or deletion are handled by email; they are not automated by this website.

Children and security

This waitlist is intended for people aged 13 and older. Please do not submit information about a child under 13. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been submitted so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

The application restricts database operations to server code and uses HTTPS on the published website. No method of transmission or storage provides an absolute security guarantee.

Changes and other websites

Changes to this notice will be posted here with an updated effective date. This notice does not cover independent social platforms or other websites linked from this site.
